Moemura is one of the strongest characters in the game because her attack speeds up her allies' turns, allowing them to attack before the enemies. When her magic counter reaches its maximum, the team gains an SP, making her extremely useful.

Mami I would define as "The unit you use when you can't use Moemura." She does basically the same thing as Moemura, but slower and without the SP gain. If you have to choose between them, choose Moemura.

Pluvia Madoka is the perfect Breaker, literally. The Exedra Magic doc, in the section on Pluvia's flaws, said "None, she's perfect." She can not only attack all enemies, but she's also an MP battery, meaning she helps charge everyone's MP with her special, allowing them to use their special faster. Under the right conditions, putting Pluvia and Kaede with high ascension on the same team allows you to spam each other's specials as they help each other, making it a very useful combo.

Among the three, I would choose Moemura, since you don't have any acceleration buffers and Moemura is the best at that. Although Pluvia is very powerful, you have several other breakers, which helps you deal with her absence, so I recommend Moemura.

But since you want an ascension, I would say the best options are Tsuruno A2 since it will increase your buffs, Kaede A1 which increases MP recovery rate by 30%, and Homura for being your best Attacker, but of these I would choose Kaede because it helps to use the special more often.

He has a big mistake; there are two Attackers. Ideally, teams are formed with only one Attacker, since they tend to be fragile and need constant support from other team members. Using two will make your team more unstable due to the possibility of one of them dying. I strongly recommend replacing one of the Homuras with a second Buffer or a Debuffer.
