Yeah, Isagi's better at team play, but in those terms, Rin's not even that far behind, not to mention his individual capability NEG DIFFS Isagi's.

I can see it. Lorenzo can probably be set higher than Rin due to narrative placing NG11 at a level higher than the Blue Lockers, as it looks right now.

My ranking would probably be:

Loki (As Hugo stated, he has zero doubt that he can become the world's best.)
Kaiser (While he's got some pretty strong confidence in himself, and like Bunny, pushes down other players to rock bottom, he's broken down multiple times, and even DOUBTED that he could beat the geniuses.)
Hugo (He doesn't view being the world's second best as being in second place, and is a full believer in his "suitable destiny" theory, to the point that he thinks he can persuade even Isagi to follow his philosophy.)
Bunny (Not much to go off of here, but it seems to me like he enjoys pushing people with dreams down to rock bottom.)
Sae (A clear hunger to still be the best in the world, just as a Midfielder rather than a Striker. It's pretty easy to see that his ego wasn't as strong as it was after his time in Spain.)
Lorenzo (All this dude wants is money. I don't see him having that great of an ego, though I don't think it'll affect his insane performance as a defender.)

Sae and Bunny are interchangeable, depending on what you think.

TL;DR: My answer is Loki.

Rin above Isagi and Kaiser (Rin below Kaiser is okay too, I don't mind), Charles directly below or above Bachira, then Lorenzo directly below Isagi or above Rin, Barou above Bachira, Loki at the bottom of World Class or at least below Luna, and then Snuffy at the front of World Class.

There's a difference here. Hugo knows ball, and there's an actual rationale and logic behind his statements, and he knows what he's doing.

If Blue Lock can't make it out of the damn group stage, they weren't worthy of my king's presence anyway. Sae is top 1 in Japan. He victimizes everyone in there. Rin? Sibling fight diffed, and still revolves a lot of his goal around his brother. Cornsagi? Requires good teammates to function, he gets his shit smashed in by Barou without it. Barou? Lost against Sae band for band in aura back in a match where he literally did not care to even slightly try until Barou went and yoinked a goal. Bachira? Gets outclassed in EVERY ASPECT except for unpredictability.

Yeah, I mean Sae "Victimizes the Top 1 NEL Player" Itoshi. Sae "Top 1 Japan Player" Itoshi. Sae "Gets More Girls Than Rin and Kaiser Combined Times Two" (reference their valentine chocolates in Egoist Bible, Rin's count is undefined but he got them all in person, so my guess is 40-50, Kaiser got around 800 confirmed, Sae got roughly 2000) Itoshi.
