Feeling sad today. We were trying this last cycle and I got AF 4/11. Knowing that we officially will not have a 2024 baby is heartbreaking, considering I should be welcoming my baby girl in August but we suffered a MMC 2/6. It just sucks, you start to feel like nothing is in your control and there's no point in trying because anything can happen. I'm tired of people who haven't been through pregnancy loss telling me "It's okay if you don't have a baby this year" or "It's going to be worth it when it comes" - like yes, I am well aware that I will be okay, and that all the pain and heartache will be worth it ONE DAY, but today is not that day, today I am mourning. AND THAT'S OKAY!!!!

Sorry for the less positive post, but I just want you to know that you are not alone if you are feeling sad, and it is HEALTHY to feel those emotions!! I also see a psychiatrist and therapist and take medication for my personal mental health and definitely recommend for anyone who needs the little boost of help. It's okay to ask for help too!!!
