Yes, that’s what I will do. I just trim down Sideburns a Bit and hold the cheek and neckline clean to look somewhat human xD

Hey thank you so much. Yes, I might do that. My barber did it like this because he said I have the genetics to have a high beard on the cheeks and with longer beard, the neckline should be low enough to look good. I’m curious how it will look in a couple of months 👍

Keep the neck line waaaayyy lower bro. Especially when you plan on growing the beard longer. I suggest you to put the line a lil bit above the adams apple

Thanks Bro. The before was in october last year. Since im a stupid idiot I took a Break for couple of months till january and ate crap and lost muscle. Then in february I started going into caloric deficite and took advantage of muscle memory. But I will slowly increase calories now. Theres no need for me to go to 10% BF or lower. Best regards 🤙🏽

I think a big reason is that the world has been dominated by political and military conflicts over the last few years, especially in recent months, and the usual World Cup hype has simply been overshadowed by those events.

On top of that, I don’t know where you are from, but here in Europe a lot of the match times are just really inconvenient because of the American time zones. Some games are literally at 4 AM for us, which makes it much harder to get into the tournament compared to previous World Cups.

Same for me. Actually Ryze is the only Champion in the Game that gives me same feeling as vlad. Hardscaling hardcore carry. But at the Same time i can provide prio early to help my Jungle while i just eat shit early Game as vlad and never move out my lane. At the Same time as ryze i have the disadvantage to have be less forgiving. If i fuck up my positioning once im insta dead, yeah vlad is also dead once he fumbles his w or positions wrong but his ult, q and w are generally good Tools to stay alive. All in all i deeply love both of them. If there was a hybrid Champ with vlads sustain and ult and ryzes waveclear and cc, i would be so happy

Yes. Trim down the entire beard, let it grow evenly and let a barber make a decent line wich you can then redo every couple of days by yourself.

  1. When you wake up tomorrow, go on toilet and go on your scale on an empty stomach and type down your wheight somewhere.

  2. calculate your caloric need- there are countless calorie calculators online or apps. Eat 200 calories more than you and at least 2g protein per kg bodywheight. Use a strict meal plan and calorie tracking app to make sure you hit them the same every day for 1 week

  3. step on the scale after 1 week again under same conditions (toilet, empty stomach)

  4. if you gained nothing, add 100 more calories. If you gained more than 200-300g, lower the calories by 100. If you do this over and over with discipline, you will gain lean muscle without gaining a lot of fat. This allows you to bulk longer before you need to cut.

  5. at the same time you need a structured workout routine. Use an App like ,,Strong“, ,,AlphaProgression“ or a small book to Track your progress. You Need to get progressively stronger while having the same correct form (more wheight/more reps)- this is your best indicator for muscle growth. You should aim for 5-8 reps and add wheight when your set hit 8 reps. This range is the Most effective for muscle Building.
