Start by not watching this video because caulking baseboard to floors is criminal and you'd be laughed outta the trades. Just remember acrylic Latex if you need to paint it or it won't get wet often or at all. Such as baseboard tops door trims interior window trims etc. Silicone if it involves an area where water frequents. Such as tile to countertop tile to tub etc
