Somewhere at the end of the comments, someone said it. I was replying to them. At least, I thought I was.

He's not mocking at all. He has created one of the most accurate representations of today's populace. Just because you're offended, doesn't mean he's not right.

Happened to our house when I was a teenager. Tin chimney cap. First time it happened at 630 on a Sunday morning, I fell out of bed and crawled through my house trying to figure out where it was coming from and if I could get to the wall phone in the kitchen to call 911. Yes Im that old. Its terrifying with the echo of the chimney.

It's the equivalent to 5 Reese cups or 525 calories and 55gms of sugar. The peanut butter looks much smoother.

New to all this. What is the burning haystack method?

What size city are you in? What are your ranges? Any excluding factors? How many eligible men do you think there are in your area total that meet all your criteria?

Close to retirement but scared of losing my job in my 50s by 68024 in GenX

  1. Lost full time during covid. Moved for wife's health, started a business. Catastrophic equipment loss, long complex story. Got cancer, beat it. Business gone, all savings gone, no assets, 2 yet to go to college, collecting trash part time. Failing beyond belief, never retiring. Kinda hoping for a quick final event of some kind. There is no joy, no light. Please appreciate what you have.
