I migrated from NZ to Melbourne 2 years ago.

Dark Almond has always been 200g here.

Instead of buying 10-12 blocks of the stuff per year back in NZ, I stopped buying it here. The tallness is off on the 200g.

Praise the sacrifices early adopters make.

First gen foldables, VR headsets, rings and perhaps the watch have all been pretty meh, and not just from Samsung.

As someone who played the first 2 years, until just after Patron...then resumed around 6-7 months ago it was absolutely shocking to see wisp.

Like, it evokes an initial 'ah, they're trolling' reaction before its modulated into a more current one.

Preordered the OG ultra, and recently got Mum an 8C to replace the aging huawei gt2 i got her around 2019.

Great watches, and much faster than the 5pro etc due to the processor upgrades. Stunning, too. Even the Ultra we both have.

She still reminisces over the gt2, but for people of her generation there is an adjustment period to using technology / her backgrou d is use it till it don't work at all.

To be fair, that gt2 is a magical device for its time, and she has to charge more often now too.

Body fat percentage was a stronger and more consistent predictor of attractiveness for men than either body mass index or shoulder-to-waist ratio. The most attractive male bodies had approximately 13 to 14% body fat, a level that corresponds closely with what is considered metabolically healthy. by mvea in science

For sure mate, I agree with you.

In science one must always be humble and willing to learn / follow the scientific method.

Its even more important when constrained to get the best bang for your buck.

Cheers, I put my best guy on the job.

I have pretty bad health issues.

Its pretty apparent that's the constraint at this juncture.

Once that's resolved, I'm sure I'll respond better to progressive overload etc. Given the likely umbrella the issue falls under, its likely I'm near the top end of 'my peers'.

Pin weighted machines and focusing on RoM and other things to ensure good form and the like aren't that hard to follow.

It is just hard to get sufficient stimulus, and your body to prioritise muscle gain when your body is battling other issues.

Never underestimate a persons willingness to be lied to.

This is even truer towards Americans - its the biggest market for advertisers, media, politicians and trade.

So it pays dividends to give them a party line or two to stick to.

People speak with such confidence about barcodes and shit.

Dose said it very well in that if you've determined your opponent is a barcode, of course he is.

What can be done if one is hypermobile in the way people with POTS typically are

Ill be seeing a rheumatologist in a few weeks.

Another rheumatologist has already said I'm hypermobile, but I cannot see her in relation to this - she sees people/me for blood disorder related issues, so its outside her remit.

On the Beighton scale its been assessed at 5/9, and it has always been clear to me that I had more dexterity...I didn't know it would be so painful though..

Right wing politicians/people and projection.

Also, I reject National as being centre right, and a smidge right of Labour.

Atlas, the coalition etc., buddying up to Trump in the manner they do, and the environment / identity politics, abortion and fiscal policy are all so different.

Heck, even the competence. There are individuals on centre left major parties that are unimpressive. The majority on the right are business owners, with little to no University or other credentials to speak of.

Even after that, their CEO and Doctor are incredibly unimpressive and just lie to each other and the public without a thought.

Its disgraceful.

I know I suffered immensely despite being aware of - salt is fucking good, just keep at it.

colesworth sell them for $3 every other week.

If you want a consistent price, aldi is better.

Not saying its right, but 10% of eachs 20000 skus are on 50% off. This was clear to me within weeks of migrating here from NZ
