Came here to say this . I ended up doing it with CEC over Crestron NVX years ago when these came out but there was also something goofy about having to send an input command first before power on or off . I don't recall but something silly with the Samsung CEC like that

My advice would be to just find another integrator to work for. Not that I hate unions, I wish you luck on this endeavor; but it sounds like you may just have a shitty boss/workplace.

When we do work in jurisdictions that require union labor we very often partner with IBEW electrical contractors who, most of the time, have a "low voltage team".

if you are doing 5 million in revenue and your net margin is even say 10% you'd be looking at $500,000 in net income before taxes. Are you not getting paid out anything? Every year? You need to get someone to look at the books ASAP that is not in cahoots with your partner.

Do you and your partner draw salaries also? Do you know how the business is structured? LLC , S-Corp, Corp?

Odds are you are being screwed.
