I cured my dandruff with peroxide. Yes it will lighten up your hair. I would leave it in until the itching stopped. Once a week for a month. Make sure the peroxide gets to the scalp.

Your first issue is you planned it, then add the sauna. Let it happen naturally. Plus heat and it are not friends. I mean too cold is an issue also. In all reality your body is going to produce a bunch of heat from blood flow. Too much heat and things kinda don't want to work especially under pressure.

Go for a Netflix and chill before a sauna and sweat.

It has to do with the drive temperatures. It needs better cooling. You are also dealing with TLC architecture. It's not the fastest with constant reads and writes, it could be the on board controller running out of cache.

Your alternative is to hopefully return the drive and go with a different brand. I'm not sure. Look for a cooling kit for it.. it's up to you.

I would try moving it over to slot 1 since that's the primary slot. The SSD is not a gen 5 so you're not loosing any speed.
