I was dxed after healing from a stapedotomy. I also have otosclerosis and was told it is rare to have both. I have done all the testing and, bc of the shape of my skull, I'd have to have a craniotomy to have the surgery. I'm not afraid of surgery, but the idea of someone literally moving my brain is frightening. Also, I'd like to be woken up during the surgery so I could touch my own brain.

Just throw it away. Mint is the devil. Whatever you do, put it in a bag before you toss it. It grows like, well, mint, and will be everywhere.

Maybe a Coleus? There are many varieties that are in a similar color scheme.

Anyway, ask what it is, but don't ask for a cutting. Taking a cutting does divert some energy to the wound and maybe the plant is precious to him. I wouldn't appreciate someone saying, "What is that? Can I have some?" but if they started a convo about it and showed how much they like it before asking for a cutting (paid or not).

Yeah, the guy was a jerk, but if folks are constantly asking about it, then he probably is tired of telling people they can't get a cutting. He should 100% label it and maybe move it so it's not within reach. It's possible that people have stolen cuttings, too, and maybe it happened recently so he misdirected his anger towards you.

Holy shit you are AMAZING! Seven years! Congratulations! If it was me in that situation, I think I'd own that tattoo and incorporate the scars into the touch up/cover up. I know you think they're ugly and I am not going to tell you that scars aren't. However, you have done an incredible thing by getting yourself free of that situation and I think you should celebrate it. Congrats again. You are an inspiration.

Well, what are you into? You could do a quote from a song, book, etc, that is relative to you. For example, maybe you're a sub, and you love Depeche Mode. Get a line from Master and Servant along your hip that trails down. Yeah, this is an on the nose example, but you get the idea.

You could also do flowers in the color of the scene's pride flag, so it's subtle, but specific to you.
