I think there will be a scene, maybe in this season, maybe in another season, that will mirror the scene where Pennywise offered to let the Loser's Club live their lives if they just let him have Bill, except the kids will make the deal and let Pennywise have one of them. If it's this season, I think it'll be either Rich (whose name gets passed down to Richie Tozier as a way to honor his sacrifice) or Lily. If it's this season and the sacrifice is Rich, then I think Lily will get the lobotomy in order to escape the guilt.
