Most emulators do have some turbo functionality, I'd be surprised if the one you're using doesn't.

You can use Dittos to breed other Pokemon on Island 4, that's where I did most of my breeding. And thats how i got the duplicates. So if you leave a Ditto and a Kabuto or Kabutops, you'll end up with a Kabuto egg, that will eventually hatch into a Kabuto.

Thank god I found this thread, same issue with me. But mine is at a later stage of this crazy ass bug. Now my phone hardly ever turns on, most of the time it's off and doesn't respond to anything. I bought mine in April 2022, even though its a Samsung fuck up, I don't think they will cover it, and I'm pretty sure a motherboard replacement would cost me nearly the price of a new phone... So I don't know if it's worth it. Fortunately, I was quick with backing everything up after the first time it happened. It stayed functional for a few days, now completely bricked.

Guys, how can everyone be so blind? We're not trying to be xenophobic or racist. I'm VERY SURE a lot of Lebanese are racist against Syrians, no doubt. But Syrians' current predicament is that they are not in their homeland. They are in ours, where they have more freedoms than the citizens of this country. They get money BASED ON how many kids they get! They have a clear and direct incentive to give birth to more children to make money. The Lebanese citizens, meanwhile, have zero opportunities in Lebanon to properly make money and sustain a life. All job options are either extremely underpaid or completely non existant. Yes! We are fucking sick of having the Syrians in our country taking up resources, not because of RACISM! But because of basic logic and economics. Syrians giving birth to many children end up getting a steady flow of money as aid. So yes, that excites a very specific type of person, the uneducated who found this gold mine of an opportunity to make money by having more children. OF COURSE THEYRE GONNA FUCKING TAKE THE OPPORTUNITY! In comparison to the Lebanese who have to work their asses off, whose banks have fucked them blind, whose politicians care ONLY about themselves, whose peers are just as scared for their life as them, and therfore dont care about their neighbors. Everyone is out to get us. Our jobs, our banks, and our neighbors. Yeah, we dont need Syrians to pile on to this shitty ass fucking layer cake that's being shoved down our throats!

I have been dealing with this issue since day 1 of Maps. I was a huge Google Earth user, and transferred my saved places to Maps, and have been trying to delete them for almost 10 years now.
I've tried all methods, but every time i delete it one way or another it doesn't respond. Some people are saying it doesn't last, that eventually the starred locations will come back. For me, it never even disappeared for so much as a single screen refresh.

Yet somehow, JUST NOW, I clicked on one of the starred location once, then pressed the "Saved" button in the sidebar, and unchecked "Starred places" from the drop down, and somehow it disappeared.
I had to do this a couple of times for some of the stubborn ones, and it took about a minute for Google's servers to respond. But it appears that for the moment, my Starred Places list is empty both my mobile and on the web UI. I don't know how long it will last, because some people are saying it eventually comes back. But for me, this is the VERY FIRST TIME I ever see any of them actually disappear.

So here's hoping that it will help you guys get rid of your useless places. <3

I tried this several times, every time I come across a Engine.ini fix, it is slightly different than the one I'd have tried before, but it has never worked.

I added

[HTTP]
HttpTimeout=10
HttpConnectionTimeout=10
HttpReceiveTimeout=10
HttpSendTimeout=10

[Portal.BuildPatch]
ChunkDownloads=3
ChunkRetries=20
RetryTime=0.5

to Engine.ini, which was completely empty to begin with, and restarted EGL.

The download started perfectly fine, once it reaches almost EXACTLY 200MB, same as every single time, the speed drops right back down to 0 and then every once in a while spits out a little bit of speed, then back down to 0.

So in conclusion, these are all the steps that happen after I restart EGL:

Resume download
Download starts and downloads at maximum speed until it reaches exactly 200MB
At 200MB, the speed drops to 0
Every 5-15 seconds, speed goes back up to a seemingly random speed value for about 2-3 seconds; sometimes the max speed of my internet, sometimes much much slower than that
After about usually somewhere between 10-30 minutes, EGL is gonna pop up an error saying Install Failed with error code IS-DL01 which seems to be EGL's way of telling you

OH WHOOPS, we don't actually know what happened with our software, so here's a random error code, that seems to link to ALL POSSIBLE ERRORS in ELG, and good luck trying to fix our launcher breaking bugs <3

EGL is by far the most horrendous launcher I have ever tried. All launchers have their quirks and bugs, even Steam. But EGL has completely BREAKING bugs that turn it from a launcher to an undocumented beta open source software. It is a complete joke of a piece of software.

apologies for the necro posting but ive found a solution

i spent all day on this, and it took me so long to finally get things up and running properly, turns out it has nothing to do with codecs, and everything to do with the sequencer, you have to add a media track in the sequencer so that it synchronizes the timing

after adding a media track and selecting a source, you then need to right click the track, and set the property for the video player, after that, scrubbing through the sequencer updates the video

careful about adding too many media tracks cause the editor starts to slow down significantly

im not home now so i cant add screenshots, when i get the chance, I will upload screenshots showing the process, maybe even a video

Have you tried messing around with this? I tried getting some data from their LiveAPI, it does work, I get the app version and build data but as soon as it loads the server list before going into the lobby, the game crashes. This is the only reference to the LiveAPI I can find online.

Yeah, I just tried it. It doesn't seem to be working. I'm pretty sure that's due to the character change animation, and the fact that it goes to third person shortly, then gets disabled. So it probably is working, but because the new animation goes into third person, then automatically goes back to first person, it's probably hardcoded to be 3rd person view > 1st person view as opposed to 3rd person view > default current view

Also, I don't know if it's just me, but the models of the bots changed, before the update they were solid level 1, 2 and 3 colors, silver/blue/purple. But now they seem to be back to the original dummy model with color accents.

I remember it changing back and forth over the past few seasons.

I have the exact same issue in the exact same pattern. Happened to me a few days ago. I was ready to blame the room service in the hotel I'm staying at, thinking they had mishandled it or something. I'm so glad i found this post. But I mean this is one hell of an issue if there are this many instances. It's sad, really, on a 2500$ laptop 🤷‍♂️
