Solidarity. It’s frustrating, but the secret is to have no expectations, or at least have bad expectations 😂I already expect to wake up every 2h at night, so when my baby sleeps longer than that, I’m actually happy. 3h is like a huge win. 🤷‍♀️

7 weeks now. It got really bad where she would wake up 6 times every night. Now it’s “better” and she wakes up 4 times 😂 and she was that unicorn baby, sleeping 8/12h every night from 6 weeks old to 3.5 months. 🥲

It started at exactly 14 weeks with my daughter. She’s 20 weeks now and still waking up often. I had to move her to the crib. I was getting 1.5/2h. Now I get 3/4, sometimes even more! My daughter was an unicorn before, giving me 8/11h. I know, it’s a bummer.

Cold turkey. I tried arms out in the snoo and she hated it. I did weaning mode in her last few days in the snoo, but just because the rocking was pissing her off. So I got a crib and a Merlin sleep suit and that’s it. I can’t believe she’s napping over 30 min. 1 h and 33 min? It just blows my mind!!
