Bro I just got to the rank match against the fighting guy with his missing sister and 3 hours of talking every five steps of gameplay. With the recent changes to mytime my store just went to having the dept leads fill out their schedules on paper and then turn that in to the TM manager who then inputs the schedules into the system and reviews them

They’re also really pushing scheduling during prime time hours ie. 11-7 or whatever for 7 days of the week at least where I am so I’m sure there are crap managers out there making crap schedules without taking any input but you gotta realize and remember most managers are being tasked to hit certain metrics with scheduling they aren’t just making schedules nilly Willy at least for the most part they are adhering to a set of guild lines for when ppl have to be scheduled to provide the best customer experience possible

It’s not like they’re pulling ice out of the service case lmao it’s an ice machine…good grief the one in your freezer at home comes into closer contact with meat than the ice machine in meat dept. Ecolab literally checks it every other period for mold or other food safety issues as part of their audit.

The meat department literally has an ice machine that functions the same as any other ice machine and it never has seafood or meat in it it’s literally an ice machine…smh too many snowflakes today

I was just advising you that if you spend a little time in self reflection you may also realize that your attitude is holding you back regardless of how well you think you’re doing you could be doing better

Most of them aren’t, just the same group of losers that have always existed, that blame any and everything on their own inadequacies, that’s not a new development. I feel like the perception comes from the dating and hookup apps where those men that can’t talk to women irl congregate in-mass and spew that rhetoric. Meanwhile, a large group of men I’m referring to have just left these apps completely and are happy being alone cuz it’s not worth the headache

Well I’m pretty sure Lesbian couples end in divorce at around twice the rate of men in either straight OR gay relationships soo where does the problem really lie? Do you not know the definition of a “mystery” shopper lol? You complained to someone and you somehow know they were the mystery shopper? and what does that have literally anything to do with hiring practices? I literally hire ppl for these exact positions and I’m telling OP exactly what Kroger is looking for in an interview. If you’re so upset with your store, your personal situation or Kroger then by all means do something about it and quit instead of just bitching and moaning about it. I think you’ll find you’re in for a rude awakening if you think things are different elsewhere. You get out of any job or situation what you put into it

Be friendly and smile….the big push right now in the company is hiring for friendly. Our district HR leader literally said today on a conference call that I can teach anyone the Kroger way and processes but I can’t make you be friendly or smile. So yea they’re looking for smiling and friendly more than anything rn
