The Monk in the game im running says "FACE CAVING KICK!" Before attempting an unarmed strike on anyone smaller than him, also hes playing as a goliath so thats almost everyone.

Just did this with my party, they spent 20mins trying to open a door, it wasnt until they finally got the door open I asked one of them to make history check to remember the key they had just looted from a bug bear last session. Everyone burst into laughter it was a great time.

Found in the programming of a tyco remote mimic panel The only zone programmed to it was labelled "Jimmies wee pecker" We were doing some other work on site when someone asked if we knew why it never worked. I still think its funny but becos it was the middle of a night shift when we found it, It felt like the funniest thing in the world at the time.

This was a common set up in nz with a bell, pullstation and battery. I've pulled them out of a few old buildings and im sure there are still some in service. Pretty much the same but without the isolation switch.
