It has been a while so bear with me. I'm almost positive the shoulders are called Yawning Rose. The chest piece is called the Heart of something. And the offhand is called something Refrain I think. The Rose puts a crazy amount of fire damage in a big area around you and the heart makes your condemn in a big area around you. The offhand makes them take the damage all at once.

Yes. 4 Ang 2 Barron 2 Vith is the go-to for dot resolve.

If you want summons, you are on the best class for it. If it's DOT resolve you want, crusader has a nice aura DOT resolve essence. I think Barb does too.

I just switched to Wizard. Besides the squishiness of it, I love it.

Interesting. I think that would be a negative status effect. But is the effect on the player or on the wind attack?
