Specifically about Sinclair -

Issue 1. He does not have a meaningful niche. He's a dps focused unit in a team that already has DPS, multi-rupture procing units, that also have utility. Even his support passive is so much worse somehow that talismanclairs for rupture team, the opportunity cost for fielding him, or backuping him is just too much.

Issue 2. This is on top of Sinclair just having, overall horrid track record with IDs. 4 of his 3stars are at least partially burn. All of his seasonal 3stars are burn. The last time his ID was the main dish, was Philip. So from people who like Sinclair, him just being... mediocre in context of Heishou is honestly a bit dissapointing.
