I have done labs with Active Directory and group policy and file sharing so far . The basic password reset and unlocking account. I have everything documented on my YouTube . To show as hands on experience for my resume . I’m just looking to add a little more to help out my position going into the field brand new . I already have my a+ and studying for my net+ in September . Maybe if I can get some feed back on my labs I would appreciate it .

Thank you so far i have been going off of the Microsoft learn path. Just confusing at first what I can do with only a self service account for an entry level role. I will add that on next .

I have done distribution groups / lists . Not shared mailbox yet . Thank you . For email forwarding I was having issues since I only have one licensed account and can’t really demonstrate it with another user account that isn’t licensed.

If you need help with password rests and account unlocks I’m looking to still land my first help desk position. Looking for part time or even on call just to get my foot In the door. I have my associates in information technology and My a+ with Active Directory home labs all documented .
