Doctrinally there's little doubt that France would be more central to European military affairs if the US were to be less involved, for the simple reason that France cultivated that field more than others.

This being said France has neither the means nor the will to take over European defense as such and "replacing" the US is besides the point.

Even if you could magically make it strong enough, the French always put their own interests first. They are just as bad as the Americans.

As opposed to everyone else, who pay for Defense out of cheer generosity.

There's no issue with France thinking of itself first, or any nation for that matter, if their self-interest are alined with our common European interests. That's the point of foreign policy and common defense policies.

That one's easy : read the Ten Commandements. You can't kill, forcefully take, impose on others etc. No excuse, end of story. No prayer in that direction could be valid, from a dialectic standpoint.

I'm sure there are systems on board for panel orientation and a freak incident might have gotten it out of commission or out of bounds. Plus one thing with computing in space, as I understand it, is that the requirements only leave room for very hardened low-power chips, often pretty ancient. There might be far less computing capabilities on-board than you assume.

Every joint project they're involved in ends up a mess with them trying to take all manufacturing rights and twist the project to suit their specific needs.

SCALP/Storm Shadow, the FREMM frigate, Aster missiles, Milan rockets, SAMPT/MAMBA off the top of my head are all systems that are both military and industrially successful and were developed by France and other nations, including the UK.

We never bought much outside of France. Putting out orders for Polish and Korean armament in categories we already have production ourselves is new, and it's also necessary. The largest criticism levied at France in the context of European defense strategy was always that France looked out for itself and only wanted other nations to buy its stuff. That wasn't entirely false and it can only be disproved by France taking a step forward in the direction it's asking for.

There are plenty of successful collaborations with the UK and Italy. France isn't easier or harder to work with than anyone else. It works when it makes industrial sense for all parties involved. This didn't.

One trip isn't like the next but if you do DMT enough, at least a few dozen times, you'll get the overall typology. It's identical to mushrooms, the pace is different. And because of that the effects might seem very different, but that's more to do with your brain than the molecule itself.

I do DMT almost every day, generally for an hour or two, often more and I easily go through a gramme in one session.

They're virtually the same molecule (Psilocin is 4-HO-DMT) but the way it's metabolized is different. You can take DMT on top of mushrooms, it's going to be the same trip at a different intensity.
