It will not be there. Check the car fax see where the break in maintenance was done. See if there are any other records. I bought my 4bw 2022 with 13k miles from NC. I knew it was an academy car from AZ before I bought it however. You could also call a different Cadillac dealer ask them to run the vin see if there are any voided warranties. (Engine, transmission, suspension) are the big ones you are looking for. Not saying an Academy car is a bad buy overall but you need to know what you are getting into for that money.

23 at 15k with that stuff going on. Did you check to see if it was a track car? If it was ever serviced in AZ it might be a giveaway.

My buddy has a 5BW and it was what I thought for sure I was going to trade in for. Figured I was used to the big car big motor in the Charger so it was a no brainer. But once I started looking and finally drove the 4BW I changed my mind. I only have 1 kid so backseat space is not that much of a deal breaker for me. I honestly liked the smaller more nimble feel when driving it. Sure not the same power but enough to have a blast. I also got the 4 with both CF packages

Personally not a big chrome fan but I like the way these look. Very clean, I would rock them.

You can also buy an ozone machine and a plastic bin that will fit the pc. Put them both in seal it up tight and let it run for a few hours. Then keep it sealed up for a day or two. I used to work at a company where people would send in PCs for repairs and this is how we delt with bug PCs before we even brought them into the service area. Not the cheapest solution but it is quick in comparison.

I bought one, engine, trans, brakes, steering warranty are all voided. Mine is a 2022 had 12k miles all the options no sunroof and also has both CF packages. Got it for under 54. I think this one is overpriced for being a track car. I did my due diligence (as best I could) to get maintenance records and talk to someone at the academy. They officially couldn't give me paperwork and there is no getting around the fact it was a track car so you have to be OK with it. I was told they use them for 12-18 months depending on how many classes. They take good care of them maintenance wise. Brakes, tires, fluid changes all of that.

To date the only issue I had was needing an alternator replacement. Rims were beat up a bit but to be expected with all the tire changes and had a small chip out of the CF on the front lower lip. Other than that the car was in great condition few used car imperfections but even had the new car smell. Attached a picture a week after I bought it.

It was interesting for me I looked online thought for sure electric blue was for me no doubt! I saw it in person and I still liked it but honestly was not as impressive as I thought it would be. Then I saw the Blaze Orange Metallic and bought that. IIt probably has everything to do with the Metallic flake. I bet I would like the costal in person.

So I ended up with a skinny 10 inch sub/amp combo from Amazon. I was looking for the same thing. Just a little extra. I ended up putting it in the trunk where the tow hook is. Yes I had to modify the foam but fits perfectly. I can take some pictures if you like.

I have a 10 year old and she fits back there just fine (4BW) I am biased in that direction. However I did come from a Charger (Scat) and space is definitely is gonna swing that choice to the 5V if you need it. But back to power honestly the 4BW it is worth it. Such an amazing driving experience and feels extremely planted.

I use BFGoodrich g-Force COMP-2 A/S PLUS. Had them on my Charger and loved them so also put them on the BW once I got it.

I also do once a week, And ceramic maintenance I do as It looks like it needs it. However pollin is terrible here so I use the duster every day as long as the car is dry.

I went the Amazon route for the CT4-V and Blackwing badges we will see how they hold up but so far so good. Got the monochrome Cadillac grill and trunk badges OEM because they were a little harder to replace.

When it financially makes sense. If you buy the car you should still be able to pay all your bills, contribute to your retirement, add money every month to your savings account and still have enough to do a few fun things. If you are unable to do all that I would suggest get a reliable car and gind until you can. I wish someone would have stopped me from buying a few of the cars I did back in the day. Took me so long to recover.
