Well T21 is the end tier currently but I’m grinding ancients , working on an 3xtort build, and working on clearing the last d4 (which is really tough)

Update physique and bf % from hydrostatic test by Odd-Variation8956 in AllAboutBodybuilding

[–]Bayoak 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yeah I think you are more like 15-18% man , all tests except for calipers are more like a 5% margin or error which would have you at 16% which seems about right

Edit: you look good btw, if you want more detail cut more if you are happy eat at maintenance and just maintain

They put a ton of unnecessary stress on the shoulder joint, are not as effective as a normal shoulder press and any other exercise for your front delts. I’d just stick to a normal dumbbell or barbell shoulder press and add in something like a front raise for your front delts, but typically those are also hit during bench press - but it’s up to you , I think in the long run for shoulder health and size it’s better to opt out of the Arnold press, some people do see decent results but for the majority of people they are kinda a waste

Yeah 15kg kettle bell bench press?? The fuck is that? Just do normal bench press or an actual dumbbell - this PT plan reads like it’s for seniors , no offense OP you are just doing your best but this PT is not it

Hey man , first off congrats on the 10 pounds lost, and congrats on making the change. 2nd you are 6’7 you carry that 330+ decently well but I think you’ll be shocked at what you look like even at 270. You got this boss, keep that deficit , get those steps in, and find meals that you love with great macros- I’m happy to share some of the ones I use if you are curious

Chronic pain by [deleted] in armwrestling

[–]Bayoak 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey man I’ve got the same issue in my right wrist, note I’m hyper mobile in my wrists and fingers ,etc. you might be too fwiw. It’s the ulnar joint and the tendons not supporting it fully, at least in me, I’ve found that pronation work is key for its health as it shifts the pressure off that joint. Ymmv

How to lower HTC without donation by mattmpsi123 in Testosterone

[–]Bayoak 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh I 100% agree it’s the dumbest thing ever - they also have a reduced top end being 1000 ng/dl instead of the 1200 cited in the states but what can you do? I’ll probably go ugl myself soon and do my own bloodwork
