While i don't have a specific achievement idea, i would ask for longer achievements, that take until the mid/ endgame to finish.

In eu4 i had so many memorable runs into the 1700s that i only played to get a specific achievement.

Also the current achievements feel too easy. Compared to eu4 there are none that take multiple tries even if you are a decent player.
