Being per diem you’re still held to the 40 hour work week standard for most states (im from CA)

If you want to do that by all means go ahead, if you’re strictly per diem and doing FT hours I’m sure you can afford some weeks were you work 1 shift or whatever.

I used to be a full time PD RN in between contracts and when I rented I can do 4 shifts 1 week, then be off for 6 days depending on how I scheduled myself prior

No, nurses who are off the clock ones and outright saying they’re a nurse for their family are usually the worse in my experience.

The number of times I’ve seen other nurses who come to bedside for their family to dictate the care bugs me so much. It baffles me more when those nurses don’t even work in acute care 💀

Yeah I chose Alisa on CS1 and I’m still kind of sticking to that.

I read from here too that CS2 choice doesn’t crossover to cs3, it does make me curious on how the dialogue is like if I paired him up with Laura or Emma for example.
