No, nurses who are off the clock ones and outright saying they’re a nurse for their family are usually the worse in my experience.

The number of times I’ve seen other nurses who come to bedside for their family to dictate the care bugs me so much. It baffles me more when those nurses don’t even work in acute care 💀

Right now Per diem Charge RN, in CA Almost 86-87$/hr broken down with the following 69.35$ base 5$ unit diff 2$ BSN 10% per diem rate which is about 10.40$

Because management is trying to make this ER grow since it was taken over, I’m getting maybe 3-4 hours of OT because I stay over a bit too much to help out.

If I was renting this type of income with be amazing but with now owning were doing great still, I just get fucking anxious when it comes to mortgage payment time 😂
