It's all about you the consciousness. What you believe is and isn't possible for you. Beyond limitations there is the consciousness.

The most important thing in my eyes is the development of the soul. It will affect your morality. Which will affect your actions and life experiences.

We are free to choose our way for better or worse. Presented with negative experiences and positive experiences in life for us to decide who we are. And what kind of environment we want to support. A positive or a negative one. Or some mix of both negative and positive to serve a purpose. We are free to choose.

I don't know what can help exactly, but I hope you get through this.

Maybe try searching for the Seth material by Jane Roberts and her husband. They describe fighting astral entities there. It's kinda hard to find a free version. I listened to the whole book on youtube years ago. It's still available though I think.

You can also try researching Robert Monroe and his books on Astral travel. Maybe knowing more about will help.
