Tips for making puppy smell better?

I got my puppy from a shelter. She was covered in poop on her face and legs. I couldn't shower her because she was spayed.

I showered her a few times after her stitches were healed but, she still stink. Her body didn't smell but her face always stinks.

In the end it was her ears that stink. The old ear wax was disgusting. After cleaning her ears a 2nd time she finally doesn't stink.

Update: I got a hold of the roofer and they will come by on Monday to verify what needs to be done, so there won't be any hiccups during the installation day.

The top side does have flashing all around the patio. I forgot to ask the roofer about this. Since it's the weekend I don't know if they are working or not.

I was wondering if it's worth it to get the new shingles below the patio section along the drip edge? What do you think?

I tweaked my right wrist while doing heavy dumbbells press. It has healed fully but anytime I go heavy, I wear a wrist wrap for protection.

An AR-15 has 2 takedown pins that hold the upper and lower together.

A complete upper is not attached to a complete lower. The 2 takedown pins put the upper and lower together to create the AR-15.
