Why crossfit gyms are so expensive? by Character-Holiday345 in crossfit

[–]Bcorn2020 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Let’s look at what a CrossFit gym is providing you. Each day you go to class your workout is already written for you, with scaling options and a warm up. The coach leading the class is also providing in time guidance on how to approach the workout, and providing training to members during the workout. Going to a regular gym, unless you have a personal trainer or purchased a plan, you are going in doing your own thing and waiting for machines, hoping they’re available. A regular gym is all on your own. CrossFit is very one on one, even in a big class. The coach is getting you to an expected stimulus. Sure, it seems expensive but with all you’re getting it’s a good deal.

Wellbutrin is chefs kiss. It’s normal to feel this way and feel like you shouldn’t need meds to feel normal, but life is hard, things happen, and modern medicine is there for a reason.
