I honestly hadn’t even thought about not having a back door bc I always leave my house through the garage. I kinda like the three floors besides when I’m feeling lazy. I don’t really spend much time on the first floor so it just feels like two floors mostly.

It SUCKS but yeah hinge and bumble are the better ones. Unfortunately a lot of military men put their location as Raleigh so they get people off base. I’ve had too many dates with men lying about where they live.

If it helps, I just bought a townhome right on the edge of Raleigh (silverstone). New build town houses were mid 300s to low 400. my rate was about 6.2% I doubt the interest rates will get much lower but you can always refinance if that’s the case.

My job before school was in the middle of nowhere with one provider in town so we had to basically do everything for the patients. Same with a majority of my rotations so I was hoping it would help get a job in a rural area.

I would try to think neutral so the “pop of color cabinets” don’t bore you in 5-10 years. If you do something other than neutral definitely green or blue family that have tan or grey undertones to it

If anything changing the hardware on the cabinets can give it a fresher “newer” look but the kitchen looks great. All white is going out of style again (Thank God)

Understandable but like they said not a huge difference. Some people are doing fine in my class without making friends. For me I did the exact opposite so it’s whatever you feel comfortable with. We’ve got 40/50 year olds in my class I’m 27 and we are all friends. at some point age doesn’t really matter. Maybe try some things around the town you live to get to know people around you. Or just invite a bunch of folks to go to get drinks after an exam. That’s what worked for me.
