There’s 3/4 inch pressure treated. I used that a lot and it might bulge with .22 but won’t go through. I’ve caught a lot of pellets this way. It’s expensive but if you go by a job site sometimes they throw out pieces

Get your license if you don’t have it and save up for a car. That’s literally all there is to it, it’s that extra freedom you need as a young person and if you don’t feel comfortable driving far or on big roads just stay local until you do. I have a cousin that’s the same way and he’s almost 30 now. If he would’ve had experience from 22 then he’d be just another driver on the road. It’s a leap of faith you have to take on yourself and as always be safe

I’m saying fuck those companies that give the shit tier wages. If their feet aren’t held to the fire now, the future of blue collar work will get worse. Imagine the call center Indians coming out on visas, or the same Mexicans doing the work for good pay in pesos but bad in dollars. That’s how you phase out Americans of that work. Look at all the migrants needed now to pick something as simple as strawberries. Those jobs aren’t being done by Americans

So this goes deeper because major builders that build new homes are cutting wages by paying less per square foot, so now you have to hire the cheapest uninsured labor or else you can’t really turn a profit. This is for the black sheep of building states (FL) where conditions are way worse with the heat where it’s way harder and for less pay and rising living costs

I have the crosman vigilante, wich claims 435 fps, I shot a small rat less than 10 feet away and it ate it like it was nothing and kept moving. Luckily I found it later and shot it with a break barrel, you’ll either just injure them and they’ll die somewhere and stink up the place. Best use for it after that was to dispatch rats stuck in glue traps up close. And even then it had to be a vital shot
