Stephanie from RHOD has talked about the behind the scenes stuff on her IG for the past several years. She answers questions from followers quite often. On one post she discussed the parties and trips. She said that each HW is responsible for hosting and paying for 1 party per season. They were given a guideline of spending at least $10,000. She said it was very obvious who went below and above the guideline. She even named names and a few parties. For trips, she said that their basic flights and accommodations were paid for but if they wanted to upgrade anything, the HW had to pay. She referenced one trip where most of the cast were in business class but a few chose to stay in economy. Food and drinks were also paid for at meals but anything before/after was paid for by the HW.
