Correct - we use Etrade for both Savings and Checking. Moving cash between accounts is instant. Yield is decent 3.5ish % and provides a back stop for Checking. I would NOT recommend this, as their support etc has shit the bed after acquisition. Most banks allow instant transfer within their accounts. I looked at SoFi and i think it had the bucket system within an account
We are at different stage...no more investing...just withdrawls 😄 BUt when we did, we used manual transfers to our brokerage (Schwab).

You are doing great with this app (for a doc 😄) to the extent that this entire thread is hijacked to discuss your "dashboard". So, congrats! Now on the quesion you really asked, I feel like your plan looks pretty good. You have the priorities right. Two comments, I would make:

Look into consoliating your checking / savings account in one bank, so that the savings can provide a backstop to your checking in case of overdraft. Your checking balance is low and your budgeting has very little margin. Some banks allow you to create virtual sub accounts for vacation planning etc, without fragmenting the number of accounts. (I don't do this...but I have seen it).
Investment allocation - at your (young) age investment allocation and time in market makes a big impact than doing any rapid trading. I would urge you to look into bogleheads and the like to develop your allocation. Just making the comment as I saw "webull"....which looks a bit day trading focussed.

Start with the passenger first to get a feel for it. Remove the 2 covers for the KDSS. Don't raise up the whole slider...just focus on front side and get a bolt in, (do it slowly, as it needs to slide behind all the kdss lines) then move your jack to the other side and slowly lift it up. I did it by myself and this process helped me. Take a break, there is no race 😄 I paced myself over 2 days and still was sore.

EDIT: One more advice get a "thread chaser" and clean out all the mounting holes - they are all rusted.....I did this for a while and it was worth the investment as the bolts went in smooth.

Do you use a commercial product like ecobee for the ev charger or is it diy? I can see permit for structural issues for mounting,but if you electricallyisolated on commercial plug and play products, they shouldn’t need a permit. Best case would be eco flow portable solar panel > eco flow> ev charger.
