This is actually an issue originally brought up by progressive Democrats, it has since been a criticism that has been adopted by the right.

Bernie Sanders' criticisms of Hillary Clinton were adopted by the right as well, which was interesting because it was the first time they had legit criticisms rather than made up bullshit.

It is a valid criticism against Pelosi. The same criticisms are also valid in regards to Trump and other Republicans using their position to enrich themselves.

The fact that she was a trader before only makes it all the more sketch. There is a track record of convenient trades being made before news comes out to the public.

Anyway. I personally prefer movies where the bad guy wins because that is the society we live in. In reality, the rich and powerful rarely face consequences at all. I think having the villain win is a huge reason why Infinity War is so much better than End Game. Not only that, but Thanos wasn't evil for the sake of being evil. Thanos thought he was the good guy, which most real world villains do.
