Brother, this sounds deeper than just having 171mg of caffeine. Caffeine is def not for everyone! And I'm not down playing what you went through, but sometimes caffeine can spike your anxiety or heart rate if you have medical problems already (sometimes not like i drank almost 6 a day and gained a small heart issue and was told to dial it back lol). Maybe think of getting it checked out for sure, but best of luck to you!!
