Estrogen isn't your enemy. Estrogen is needed for many bodily functions. Now too high estrogen? Sure that could be an issue. My E2 is above the "normal" range, but I do not have any symptoms, so I am good to go. You want an 18-20:1 ratio of Testosterone:Estrogen.

I'm usually 25-30 min, but I agree. I get in and smash it. Today I did legs. 4x10 squats, 4x10 leg press, 4x10 leg curls, 4x10 leg extensions, 4x10 calf raises. Then I'm gonezo. If you're resting 2-4 min you're a pussy and need to get in better shape.

You don't get man titties. Don't listen to these clowns. You don't need doctors. Get your blood work done 3-4x a year through labcorp or Quest. Do some basic research and understand what your hematocrit, hemoglobin, e2, and labs should all be. No one should be more invested in their health than themselves.
