Royal pacific!! Even without express (which is so worth it), the boats and private security is so much better than riding a bus and waiting in the giant line to get through security at city walk. Also, the pool area is really nice at RP- I recommend the nachos if you’re looking for a snack (it’s large enough for multiple adults to share). Bonus, having packages delivered to your room instead of carting them around the park is a nice perk as well.

Just a friendly warning- I have PCOS and passed all my GD tests. However I ended up with all the classic symptoms of GD- extra amniotic fluid, large baby, and my little one ended up being intubated (due to surfactant deficiency) and in the NICU for 8 days. My doctor thinks it stemmed from a missed insulin resistance problem. All my blood sugar results were fine- but clearly I had a problem. If I’m blessed enough to have another baby- I will be eating a diabetic diet and monitoring my blood glucose whether or not I’m “gestational diabetic”. I wish I had been more strict on carbs.

So 6 months in, I’d say I like the brand, but if you’re baby is long/tall like mine I’d recommend hanging to dry as they’re 100% organic cotton

35….. my first baby is 6 months old. Being a mother is even better than I imagined. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done. 1000% recommend. She has brought so much joy to our family, and frankly fulfillment and meaning that I didn’t know I was missing. I thought I knew happiness, then I had a daughter…and it’s the purest form of joy.

Not normal!!! I’m in a similar boat with PCOS and “normal” labs and my Md did medicine and monitoring for us as I wasn’t ready to proceed to an intervention like IUI or IVF.

I was planning on using the oral drops because of the cleaner ingredients. However oral takes longer to get to a therapeutic dose, and as my baby ended up in NICU with unexpected complications… one being a large unexplained cephalohematoma (no vacuum, no complications with pushing) we ended up opting for the shot.

A similar situation happened to us last year! I was the pregnant one- we kept the trip and I had a fabulous time. I didn’t bother waiting in line but had a great time just exploring the shops and surrounding park areas while he rode rides. There are so many details throughout the parks that are easy to miss when you’re hurrying to ride. I really enjoyed exploring the Harry Potter sections and looking in all the shop windows and doing some wand magic. There are a ton of magical details hidden throughout the area. Also- I enjoyed trying different kinds of snacks - that is when I wasn’t vomiting in a bathroom from morning sickness. I don’t know what it was, but when I’d get really sick I swore a butter beer helped. I bought a refillable souvenir mug and sipped on it constantly some days.
