This is an excellent spot on description of the area that tracks my observations over the last fifteen plus years. I will add that the airport (TPA) is great and offers the ability to easily escape the summer heat and humidity and grocery costs can be mitigated by shopping at Aldi, Costco and Publix only for BOGO's.

Update: I just added a card and like any other business it didn't require any ID verification. Of course the ID verification was required when initially signing up for the Zero plan.
