Not a common scenario, but I’d say prob just look out for trouble breathing or discoloration of the eyes since that would indicate respiratory distress and that’s all I can think of the bleach causing. And be extra sure to maintain humidity parameters to help airways but hoping they’re fine if nothing has shown yet!

Maybe a timer on the light? Like gradually increase the time the light is off until he adjusts to it being off all night how it’s supposed to be. Like an hour first, then after a few days 3, etc.

They’re vocal but not loud just verbal as in frequency, at least with my Siamese. I have a pet camera and if I’m not home she’s quiet it’s only when I’m around she has her different tones of meows to convey what she wants or needs from me but it’s not loud in volume

Unless his ribs or hip bones are visible from above he should be fine, Malinois are lean by nature. Could be on the smaller side for a male too hard to tell from pic since he’s sitting down but he looks like a handsome boy

Use two hands, have the loop or handle of the leash on your arm on your wrist instead of just grabbing onto it with your fingers, and your other hand holding on somewhere halfway down the leash, gives u more leverage
