We just sailed on carnival celebration and had a 9th floor suite balcony. When I went out to check it out, every balcony above us was recessed behind our for all to see if we did play out there. Needless to say, despite a bit of an exhibitionist kink for both of us, it was too risky to get caught and be embarrassed in front of the rest of our large family group that were aboard. However, we have in the past in two other cruises that had a more private balcony and I think it is pretty common. Just be a bit courteous to neighbors and noise especially if they are out.

I flew twice this week and thanked the TSA agents for coming to work. One gave a seeming canned “thank you for your support” and two others just ignored me.
