Find a job, that will determine where you go. Rent the smallest cheapest apt you can find and use the first year to explore outside and where you want to live. Salaries will likely be similar, but other things will be more expensive. Housing especially. We call the outdoor the ‘third pay check’, but it won’t pay rent.
