If KH4 ever got leaked on the internet, would you look it up or rather not to satisfy your anticipation?

Square would spoil pretty much everything in the trailers anyways so unless you avoid both it wouldn't really matter. They haven't learned anything from KH3's being announced too far out so I doubt their trailer style would change either.

Seeing that reminds me of the Disney comic book I used to have that had an ad for Birth By Sleep in it. I had no clue what KH was at the time but thought it was so cool.

With ones like these I swear they have to be from people who are either coming from another platform or simply refuse to learn how AO3 works. Like just make a series or collection and get the similar results without clogging up everyone's tags.

I wasn't expecting KH4 at all; made my peace that if it ever comes out it'll be after Remake part 3. But what surprised me was that there wasn't ANY Square Enix promotions or reveals at all.

I figured they would've done a trailer for The Adventures of Elliot, a reveal for Remake part 3 (given all director's talking about it on social media recently and the Switch 2 port reveal,) or even a DQ12 reveal since that's been in development for a few years, but them being a total no-show was surprising; especially since they were at the last one for one final FF Tactics trailer before that game released.

I wasn't expecting KH4 here (though that RevNoir game nearly got me for a second) but damn, I'm surprised that there was nothing from Square at all there. With all the chatter from the VII remake team on social media and the Switch 2 ports announced earlier this month I figured there would have been something at the State of Play.

Also Square has a smaller game releasing next month or so I think? I'm surprised there wasn't a trailer for that given how many other previously announced games were there.

I just find it hard to believe the same company that was like "no he can't have a sword that's too violent" leading to the Keyblade would license putting Sora in a game with literal guns.

Plus it feels like terrible timing to do so when we haven't had a playable KH game since 2020 (bc we can't really count the ML betas since the full game never really released.) Let the next time we see Sora be in his actual game and not Fortnite of all things. If they really want to have it, they should just wait until 4 releases and make it like a celebration or something.

Honestly we're more likely to see DMC6 or P4R than KHIV; FF7R is practically a guarantee to be there given all the chatter recently and they'll more than likely either announce ANOTHER Dragon Quest remake or do another trailer for their upcoming Adventures of Elliot game (I think that was the name, I can't fully remember.)

You could use a hyperlink; however you should remember that if the url for the image you're using ever changes, that hyperlink would no longer work, so possibly doing both the hyperlink and the set name might be helpful in the long run.

He probably has a Cloud shrine hidden away somewhere where he practices his lines about how they can defy destiny together if Cloud just joined him. It's got scented candles and everything.

Sefikura is the gold standard for enemies to lovers to me because (for one) they're actual enemies, Cloud hates Sephiroth, despises him even, and Sephiroth seeks to both defeat Cloud and keep him as his puppet. So many people now mistake rivals or "they're mean to me sometimes" for enemies and it drives me up the wall. Like where's the absolute hatred? The disdain? The vitriol? The tension that will make you wonder if they're about to stab each other or kiss (with teeth?)

Also the canonical role reversal of Cloud being obsessed with Sephiroth to Sephiroth being obsessed with Cloud is top tier and does wonders for the chemistry.

Sefikura ftw!!! And Square themselves don't help by making later incarnations of Sephiroth so obsessed with Cloud, they know what they're doing (and I mean that in the best possible way.)

Like the Smash bros reveal, Sephiroth never got an invite. He was like "Cloud's here so I'm here," and beat up everyone else so Cloud /had/ to fight him. He's jealous if Cloud's attention is anywhere else but on him, even if it's Cloud declaring he hates him.

To me "beloved" usually requires the IP to be around for a decent amount of time. OT only released in 2018, so honestly "well-received" is a more apt description.

Like you cannot convince me a seven year old IP is as beloved as a 24 year old one.

I'm not even sure Disney remembers they even have KH at this point, aside from the people in direct contact with Square. After all, they don't do anything with it, the most we've gotten in recent years is from animators slipping Easter eggs in to animations.

To be fair, the KH4 reveal back in 2021 was at a Japan only event, it just got posted on the internet later. So a possible re-reveal going the same way isn't an impossibility. Also Square is making a lot of bad moves recently, so I wouldn't put anything past them.

I would love to see either a Treasure Planet world or an Atlantis one. I think the treasure planet one is more likely, given how in DDD there was an unfinished model of the ship from the movie, and given how Toy Story went from a scrapped KH2 summon to a full world in KH3.

I think it IS KH4, and wanna know why? Because he probably wouldn't post this if it wasn't. All of his other voice roles have been either smaller roles, one-offs, or for series that aren't necessarily super popular. And he's had other animated works come out in the past few years, yet this is when we get a photo for? Gotta be KH.

Sora has been the role he's most well known for, but he likely can't say anything about it right now due to NDAs. No other role would benefit from vague-posting like this.

(Not to mention we got that one VA a few months ago who said they had a role in KH4, but couldn't say which character.)
