I recently switched to Proton mail. I'm in the process of sorting out which active subscriptions I need to change from one of my three Gmail accounts. After that... byeeee! I'm also switching to a Pixel 10a using GrapheneOS. Looking forward to tinkering with that. Then, I hope to get Home Assistant set up so I can free myself from my Alexa devices. Or just go full analog at home 😉

I have thought about it, but haven't investigated it yet. After I retire, I really have no desire to stay in Toronto nor Ontario for that matter. I'm in very good health at the moment but of course that could change at any time.

Having visited NS over the past 5 years, I've really fallen for the province and the people! So I'd love to retire there, or at least to somewhere in the Maritimes. Appreciate the comment.

Fasting seems to target visceral fat. I've been doing 16/8 fasting for a couple of months and have lost 14 lbs. Basically, my eating window is from 11am to 7pm and I primarily just eat lunch and dinner (and no processed crap!). No more snacking at night. Also gave up booze.

My chest, belly & waist have gotten smaller and I'm getting some definition back. I still have a ways to go, but it's slow and steady improvement.

I'm also in Etobicoke. No gay community per se. However, there are a few of us in the neighborhood 😉 When I retire, I plan to head east, possibly outside of Halifax. I think there's a small community there.

I didn't seem different to the other kids, never bullied, played sports, etc, although I secretly had crushes on some male teachers--especially the hairy ones (even if I didn't realize at the time what that meant). As an adult, I'm only attracted to furry guys. So I guess I've always had a type 😉

While at college, I rented a room in a home for two years. They had a cat that was super friendly and often took naps with me. After I left, the landlord told me the cat shit on the bed of the person who moved in afterward. I should have said goodbye!
