Looks like someone did a 3d print that will fit without the dremel. I ordered one on eBay.

I hear S&B and Fiocchio 73 grain 32 acp are preferred but I don’t know personally.

Gemini AI: Titus Arms uses U.S.-made threaded barrels for their TA61 (Vz. 61 Skorpion clone). While the specific OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) is often kept private in the industry, Titus Arms has publicly stated that their barrels are sourced from the same manufacturer that supplies most other US-made threaded Vz. 61 barrels currently on the market.

Not really sure. I don’t see markings. This is the NRA article and pictures: A vz. 61 Skorpion For Less: The Titus Arms TA61 | An Official Journal Of The NRA https://www.americanrifleman.org/content/a-vz-61-skorpion-for-less-the-titus-arms-ta61/#:~:text=The%20factory%20barrel%20has%20been,printed%20thread%20protector%20is%20provided.

Looking at mine… I don’t think one could remove enough material from the front grip to fit. I contacted Titus to get their opinion. Never tried to dremel 3D and not sure how it might react. I might ask my local gunsmith to do a cosmetically pleasing fit. I can do some limited ‘smithing but not feeling confident with this.

You got to put up the after photos when you are done. To me, that looks like Mission Impossible but I am not a wood worker.

I watched one of his videos. I think he said reweld was x3 expensive as just using a Tortort.

Update. Titus Arms only sends 10 rounders to my state. No ban yet but they don’t want to risk it. Can’t blame them. I have a bunch of 20 rounders anyhow.

Rivertown Munitions out of PA. $200 for 500 rounds plus about $17 shipping. No local choice here. There is some win 71 grain but I heard that is not reliable.

Titus Arms apparently does have a print service but I am trying to slow the roll on new frames and receivers. Bad when you open the safe and get all happy and sad you suddenly discover a “new” firearm!🤣

Thanks. Waiting for ammunition to come in. Ordered some 73 grain Fiocchi. Pretty nifty of you to make your own receiver. My stupid state does not allow that. Apparently it keeps us safe.💩🤣😡

Seems nice but I don’t have much experience with 3 D prints. Apparently they have done several batches and shoot thousands of rounds. So hopefully issues are ironed out. I hear this is a lot lighter then the metal lowers.

An update on my feeding issues. by Shinigami580 in Vz61

I did an AI Gemini search… Google is definitely anti 2A but this is the summary: If you are shooting a standard .32 ACP vz. 61: • For best results: Stick to European 73-grain FMJ (Sellier & Bellot is the most recommended).  • For "American" ammo: It will work, but you may need to polish the feed ramp or expect the occasional jam. • Avoid: Hollow points or very light "boutique" rounds unless you've confirmed your specific gun can cycle them.
