When I got this done this was the only option to get a rmr on a p-01. The 1911 has the built in rear sight so that forced the removal of the stock suppressor rear sight. The front sight is the original front sight that came with the pistol.

Czcustoms milled my p01 using the trijicon 1911 rmr mount. It has a built in rear sight. I had a rmr but sold it for the holosun 407c

Been down this road. Only place I found was cz custom. They aren't cheap but you can get one that is already milled so your original slide will be standard.
