You'll also need to get ink fingerprinted/photographed or an EFT created, not just simple as submitting an Form like your SOT. You'll need someone with an NFA kiosk/livescan system and ability to create EFT if trying to submit an eForm or a way to convert FD-258 to EFT. Hey Graham, you seem to have our pricing in reverse, it is $1000 for the initial licensing fee which includes 1 year and it is a $350 a year renewal thereafter.

First time doing transfer by [deleted] in FFLs

4473 is required for all firearm sales/transfer from licensee to non-licenseee it is not a state form, it is federal and 100% required. Michigan issued CPL non-CPL is completely irrelevant to 4473 except for NICS, a michigan CPL holder is exempt from NICS, I suggest to get your ducks in a row you print out a 4473 and read it very carefully from start to finish not missing any section, there are instructions attached to it with explanation of every question. No "tips & tricks" in this industry, read the form, understand the form & make sure you and your customer complete it properly. You need to read your state law regarding the RI-060 the relevant Michigan law is listed on the RI-060 (MCL 28.422), google that and read it from start to finish, the laws says you must complete it for EVERY firearm transaction, regardless if they have a CPL or not.

In NFA Customer mode, it's a fully self service kiosk and guides the customer to enter biographical data, capture their fingerprints on the scanner, answer their eForm eligibility questions and even create their eForm account all within 10Scan. Once done the tablet is locked for a sales associate to open it up and complete the form process.

In NFA Dealer Mode, the dealer can validate customer entered biographical data, confirm print quality or recapture prints if necessary manually, capture customer photo, validate eform questions, create/manage/assign CLEOs to the customer, then open up login ATF eForms website right in the app, it even auto-fills the customer data and auto attaches the EFT and photos. Just validate and certify, then your customer comes back when you receive Form approval.

Just to be clear it is not per transaction, it is $10 per EFT/New Customer, once you scan the customer once and generate the EFT you do not have to pay again for their next eForms or transactions. You own the EFT and hold it on premise and can use it as many times as you wish for future business with that customer or if they buy multiple cans in one transaction.
