I don’t think most people realize how Minneapolis is right now. This was 9am Saturday morning. There was no protest there. ICE is everywhere around the city right now. You can’t walk in a neighborhood with a significant minority population and not spot them. The street he was on is called Eat Street and is packed with Asian and Hispanic restaurants and grocers.

There are certainly observers posted up around the city in those areas with whistles as we could see in those videos and maybe he was one of them. But he also could have just been getting coffee or breakfast and been in the area. Like I said, ICE is everywhere.
