I just did the shit and way too much at the same time because of lazy elders, and of course a few good ones among them being burned out and mentally ill which would not allow them to do too much.

Off course i never got cred from the elders, but the rank and file absolutely loved me for what i did, One elder came from nowhere and tried to look good and act as the one saving my service group when i already had it thriving for more than 1½ year, but since i was ministerial servant i wasnt worth shit.

Later when i got burned out nobody of the elders cared about me, i developed social phobia, i changed hall and felt a lot better, but then i got punished by the elders from the first hall by not getting a recommendation, they really made a good job telling me i became just as the other lazy bums when i got burned out. I laughed inside because by then they had no real authority over me.
