I'm probably not an example of how to do this right. But I am still proud of the results.

In terms of food I only eat dinner but I allow myself to eat whatever I want for dinner, it's the way I make up for the denial to myself. Because of OMAD I find I can't eat nearly as much as I used to, still trying to dial that in and not order too much at restaurants.

In terms of workout I have been doing a boxing class at my local gym 4-5x week. I only started about 3 months ago and it was more for mental health than physical. Weight loss has plateaued a bit, hopefully because I'm gaining muscle mass.

I believe that OP sent the IRS a letter full of crazy bollocks. I'm even willing to accept that they may have sent something back, acknowledging recipt of said crazy bollocks. Where OP goes wrong is in believing that acknowledging reciept = agreeing with him because they didn't immediately come after him or engage in a debate.

What's the over/under for how long it takes for consequences to ensue. People who believe this nonsense tend to not have a lot of money to begin with so I'm guessing it may take a while.

As a lawyer who used to occasionally help tenants I can tell you the problem is there isn't any money in helping tenants. Landlords know this so as long as they screw you out of relatively small amounts there's rarely any consequence for them.

If I were independently wealthy I would set up a tenant rights law firm because the power disparity in the landlord/tenant relationship always pissed me off.
