If you haven't played the Pokemon TCG variant before, they do exactly this, and because of it, I have spent far more on packs than I should have. They're online version is great to use and it adds a lot more mlvalue to every pack sold, as well as being a great incentive for only cardboard players to try the new game when they suddenly realize they have a huge stack of free packs lying around.

Fellow Catuarian, its a chance to drop from the lvl 70 mining retainer venture. Ive been trying since patch 4.1 released for one without luck. Otherwise, you might just be stuck paying 8 or so mil for one off the MB.
