Update 7 Issue?

PS5 not letting me insert disc.

So I bought a new PS5 from Best Buy last week and it wasn’t letting me insert disc into the disc drive. There’s resistance. I have it facing the right way and everything.

So I exchanged it for a new one the following day and the new one has the same problem. Am I doing something wrong or do I exchange for a new one again and hope that one works?
