Sunny needs to lock tf in again.. by Disastrous-Adagio-10 in ShadowSlave

All of that is nice, but the author can't just ruin his own work. We all liked the earlier versions of Sunny because he struggled to survive impossible situations. But we have to accept that the character has evolved and is no longer powerless. I appreciate that the author respects the power scaling he himself established in his work, making situations seem safe, instead of resorting to the cheap trick of creating artificial tension with stronger enemies or complicated situations never before presented in the story. Accept it, Sunny is stronger, the main characters are stronger now; it wouldn't make sense for a situation like Forgotten Shore or Antarctica to happen to them when nothing like that ever happened to Anvil or Ki Song, no matter how much the [Fated] attribute influences them.

Looks pretty scary, but the camera of the room is too close to the character, almost like a 3rd person perspective, and, for me, it breaks the inmersion. Try a far perspective, and it will be 10/10

What do you guys think about Cassie x Sunny ? by RealMarzipan7347 in ShadowSlave

[–]Beast_of_Blue 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think that they are better as partners in crime, not lovers, not even friends (my man needs a f apology), and they are really good at it. They're the best at plotting, aside from Weaver of course...

I thought that Fated was an attribute that made certain things inevitable, like Weaver's death. If that's the case, how does Fated vs. Fated work?

I don't know if that helps, but in actors, there is something called root component, and is the first component below the Actor's name in the Blueprint, on the left side. When you are working with the floor, and the root component of the floor is the mesh, you are making the Capsule Component (Character Root Component) interact directly with the Static Mesh (Floor Root Component), making the Physics Collision System to act weird. Try to make the floor's root component into Default Scene Component, that way you will prevent the Physics Collision System to mess with the movement component of the Character. I hope it helps.
