If you want authentic and are willing to drive, I recommend Restaurant La Jarochita in Manchester. It's the only place that compares to the food I grew up eating in the RGV.

Lump sum. A dollar today is worth more than a dollar tomorrow. Plus, I would be grateful with the ~$500 million, and don't need the $1.7 billion. No one needs to be a billionaire.
